Care Connect Attendance reports

When you complete the Care Connect Attendance Reports please remember to review before submission to Parents. If you have students that did not attend for the day please mark in the comments why they are absent or have additional hours of care:

1. Sick

2. Covid

3. Attending School Activities

4. Family out on vacation

5. Providers must insure that time claimed must match parent School Work Schedule example if the parent works 8-5 Provider may claim 7:30-5:30

For all childcare closures the Parent and Provider must sign the Care Connect Attendance Report before submission to Child Care Program.

IF you want credit/payment for the full month’s attendance, please do not sign/approve/submit Care Connect Attendance Reports until the due dates listed on the CCDF Provider Calendar for Relative, Family, Center.
